Welcome to Recorder Voice Pro ("App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application operated by Amida Software ("we," "us," or "our"). • Converting speech to text when you request transcription
• Storing recordings and transcriptions locally on your device

4.1. Your voice recordings and transcriptions remain on your device and under your control.

4.3. You can delete any recording or transcription at any time through the App interface.

4.4. You can revoke the App's access to your microphone and speech recognition at any time through your device settings.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7.2. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amida Software, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

10. Background Processing

10.1. The App is designed to continue recording in the background when you switch to another app or lock your device.

10.2. You acknowledge that this feature is designed for convenience and agree to use it responsibly.

10.3. You can stop any recording session at any time by returning to the App or using the notification controls.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
